Thank you! New subscriber. Getting her book also, for others & me. Throws hungrily-welcome light onto my own lifelong journey & decade long illness & effort to walk in the dark.

I was not hit by lightning, but as I lay on the floor listening to the radio in our basement apartment, a little lightning bolt came through the small window above me.
In my 50s, when I was working both with a shaman and a Lakota elder, I was delighted to experience a red Thunderbeing Madonna, holding a child on her lap. My Lakota teacher said, “They must have been happy with you.”

😂When you said you walk so slow, so funny as l'm always being left behind when walking with others! 😊 Oh, and wanted to share this, my granddaughters and l did a loving gratitude ceremony to Mother Earth a couple weeks ago. We took a big jar of dried beans and peas and made hearts with them on the ground for Mother Earth. 😊 lt was so nice to do this together and teach the girls appreciation for our Earth. ❤

Thank you both so much for a beautiful and powerful conversation. I’ve known your work for many years, Sandra, and appreciate your honesty and offering. The tiniest thing! The littlest step! And in love with the elements. Yes. Me too. When we as a collective really come to self love, dropping personal and ancestral grief and guilt, remembering our wild souls, we will never poison the waters, the air, or harm another being intentionally. It will be inconceivable to make war. We will allow ourselves to be delighted, to create, to love. Because we won’t be separated, estranged, from any of it.

Angell and Sandra, I did not get to hear the whole podcast yet, but I heard enough to be so encouraged and to sense love, pure love of two people and the attending spirits just being themselves. Thank you both so much!

Such an incredibly beautiful conversation Angell and Sandra. My soul resonates. I feel in my heart that we're getting there at last and that everyone, whether they know it or not is picking up on this amazing Love energy that's coming into our consciousness right now and becoming our new journey. There's been a definite 'click' so let's all invite Love and Peace into our lives for ourselves and everyone and for our beautiful planet. Let us let go and let god in the best way we can and to trust life to happen without the thinking taking over. Gratitude and thanks to you both ❤️✨☮️🙏

This was a beautiful interview. I just recently bought this book and have begun to read it. I also follow both you and Sandra in order to glean wisdom and instruction for my personal shamanic path of only two years now. Valuable lessons were shared. In so much gratitude for the light of your beings. 💕🙏🏼 Grace for the walk through the darkness that we must all traverse on our journeys.

The Buddha taught the Four Noble Truths. I really think as non-buddhist (because I follow the Buddha Dharma only, as an ordinary human being, so not as a so called "buddhist"), that the path of life is first to understand and realize the reality of impermanence and death (do we need more Gaza sufferings to get it?). And after to be ready to live and die for others. That's the ultimate and simple way to realize the truth of non-ego.
Everything is impermanent. Nothing last for ever. Life is just a living-dream. May our paths reunite us in Clear Light. With Love and Light from France.🙏☮️🕊️🪶

Thank you for your journeys and the sharing. I am grateful this found me this morning while seeking out some drumming journey music. I had planned to go to a Shamanic Drumming Journey today but I needed to focus on listening in solitude and despite missing the event I felt a deep gratitude I found light I sought out these sources of inspiration and continuous healing. 🙏💜✨

This was a great discussion. I have found Sandra only recently but in a short period of time she has enriched my spiritual journey with her teachings. Thank you for offering vulnerability and strenght in the darkness, all of it is needed. I have found my connection with the Earth in my 40s but I cannot imagine a way back. Feeling the elements is a joy, even when some of them affect me physically (specially the cold and the wind). There's probably some teaching in there too! My life and my relationships are much more fulfilling when connected. The part of the cell phones was so poignant, as this is an addiction I fight myself every day. Little steps, one by one :)

Wow, l can relate to your life journey so much Sandra, your initiation, different challenges but very similar at the same time. And yes, initiations can go on and on, so long! Oye! Got so much out of this interview, very grateful! ❤😊❤ Love and light to you both, and to all. I am one who feels the elements very deeply, l love with all my heart our earth and do give thanks daily to our Mother and all of them. There are a lot of us out there! Hopefully there will be more and more of us, and someday we can end the poisoning of them. ❤❤❤
