I hit a bird and broke the front plastic on the headlight unit, is there anyway to replace just the plastic or do i have to buy the whole unit. (2010 fiesta)
You should take a look at the low beam relay switch in the fuse block under the hood. They corrode, causing the relay posts to rot off & get stuck inside the relay plug. This happened to me & every fiesta in the junk yard had the same problem, but Ford doesn't have a recall yet. Right now I'm driving around with high beams only until I can modify the wiring in the fuse box.

This happened to me, just dug out the terminal stuck in the fuse box and replaced the fuse with a junk yard fuse, fortunately I found a car where the owner had put dielectric grease on all the fuses....I got really lucky.
Hey ... it would be nice if you sold the light with the tools .. I think 🤔 I could do this and I’m not a mechanic ... I really liked the video thank you

I’ve noticed that on all the vids on replacing headlights , no one is showing the passenger side. Is it any different or harder?
I broke off the white bottom clip @ 4:31. Are there any replacement parts for this?
+xMrUnnamed Thanks for watching! That clip appears to be made into the headlight assembly, so it cannot be replaced individually.

Maybe I did not make myself clear enough. Never mind I found the part: FORD Part No. 1702129 / 1922351
