monarchy is on the top , according to Aristotle but it is regarded as negative form in newer context. Why the world is full of democracies but there is nothing resolved from the day when the humans evolved. Their is evidences when people considered monarchy the best form of rule. Because as we move from the simple to more simpler than complexity arises instead of resolving the present conditions we as a human tends to find an alternative .. & that alternative soon results in another alternative .

Sir I have a doubt
As a humble student of political science what I understand about State is An institution which rule over citizens and that ruling is through human being or Law made by human being
In constitution debate also ambedkar warn about ruling class which has capacity to destroy good constitution
It is human being which can transfer a democratic state into authoritarian regime Hitler is one example which you discuss in last lecture
In medival time also it is the ruling class which claim divine right to rule
In such situations why we are giving focus on state affairs rather than decide who should be good ruler even aristotle also taken his base of classification Ruler conduct and character which determine which is best form of governance
Now Intellectuals like you should trained the mass public to decide who are good rulers in the form of human being rather than constitutions or State which is very much alien to us

Sir I just saw a video of yours about domicile vs residence.
I'm basically from odisha & I've domicile certificate of Odisha as well.
But I'm currently living in chhattisgarh from past 11 years & did most of my schooling & clg from chhattisgarh. My voter id, driving licence, Aadhar etc carry the address of Chhattisgarh.
Right now I want to apply for a job in Odisha govt, but nobody from my family stays in Odisha anymore, but we still have property. So my question is : Can I give both my present & permanent address of chhattisgarh residence, but still can provide Odisha domicile certificate in the later stage of the recruitment process. Will there be any problem if my id proofs don't carry the address of Odisha? Please reply 🙏🏻

Dibyasmita, for claiming benefits from Odisha, the domicile is the final document. As regards residence, that can be changing as per requirement. So, domicile connects you to Odisha for which you can claim benefit.
