Hi, just come across your video. I was lucky enough to own a Fulvia in 1976. I was always impressed by the lovely, "revvy" engine, with it's slightly "raspy" exhaust note. Unfortunately, it suffered from "rot" in the front wheel arches even at 2 years old! This is one car I wish I'd kept. Great brakes and handling.
An impressive video and it also inspires. Nice to see how a Lancia Fulvia is rebuilt with passion and given a new life. A motivating video because we will soon start again on our new challenge. We have restored several Alfa Romeo cars and now it is time for a change with a Lancia Fulvia!
Beautiful work. My dream car would be a Resto-mod Fulvia with upgraded suspension to eliminate the leaf springs; Independent rear suspension, modern Brembos and Ohlins dampers. Fully caged to help stiffen everything up. And then possibly a freshened up Alpha GTV drivetrain? These cars are just gorgeous.

nice job! Just a question about wide fender: is it a durable work to join glass fiber with metal? doesn't the paint crack on the junction between the two different material?
Davide thanks! Not a problem! Providing that you use a fiver glass filler that’s why is a green color, first apply F/G filler then standard body car filler. Will never crack! Best of luck
Murokmakto , Thanks!! Everything has been shot blast and powder coated bolts zinc plated chrome bits re-chrome, crankshaft rectified new big ends conrods pistons and piston rings New gaskets all around, filters spark plugs, etc....

I was just curious because I am also currently restaurating a car with a friend thats been sitting in a barn for about 30+ years but my friend refuses to do anything to the engine and just says "nah its fine" after we´ve been running it for about 5 minutes.. His car his decision but I would redo the engine aswell or put another one in..

Since its not my car we are working on its not my decision, I tried to persuade my friend to redbuild the engine aswell or put another one in (he has about 5 spitfire spare engines sitting in his garage which are verifiable fine). In the beginning he just wanted to cheaply repair the car to resell it but then it somewhat escalated and we are doing a frame off resto now. thats why I thought it is a bad idea to use the old scrap engine but yea...
Great resto, I just took over my grandfathers old ‘72 lancia. I’m having trouble finding anyone to work on it and getting hands on parts. Would love to chat if you could

As of now the parts I’m in need of the most are a complete fuel system(tank, pump, hoses, etc) also brakes and a possible engine rebuild. I’m not look for a strip down resto on my lancia, I would just like to get it up and running. I would almost be willing to ship it out of state if need be and have someone work on it slowly as I can pay for the parts and labor slowly. Thanks for any help you could give.

I source my parts from all over the world. South Africa is a good spot to look for parts, fulvias where made there. Italy , Netherlands, Cyprus also good. Anything you need I’ll be happy to assist.

I drove my little Fulvia for 18 yrs daily in South Africa. Very sad day when I had to part with it.
I had to sell it! It was sad for me too😢 two years it took me to complete the restoration! Sad day believe me!
