Cake rusk are crispy and crunchy , sweet and delicious tea time treats . I used to buy cake rusk from Bakery earlier but when I saw its ingredients , i stopped buying from the bakery .Then I started making them at home ,their taste is exactly like a bakery ones and the ingredients are also pure.
Ingredients
1 cup - All purpose Flour
3 - eggs
1 tsp - Baking powder
1/2 cup - Powder Sugar
1/2 cup - Butter
1 tbspn - Semolina ( Sooji)
1 tsp - Vanilla extract
