I absolutely love Andrews old school setup, the sound of it is awesome. I would love to see a video explaining everything with the nitrous setup because there’s not a ton of modern fox videos on the subject.

Great advice on the multiple cars making it hard to get one done. I have that issue with between my 89 coupe and my 93 cobra.

Man the advice you gave, I love being a young mustang lover that's one thing I wish I was told before finding out on my own currently I have a buddy in my unit I just got into mustangs and he just purchased a 93 bone stock trunk fox for 5500 low mileage just needs a lot of body work(I'm a body man lol)and find out why she stop running after a 12hr drive home,but yeah he's trying to buy more right now and I'm definitely sending him this vid because focusing on one pony is sometimes the best thing,man if it wasn't for the honest men in the car world Like you I would gave up on my passion because I was being to gun-ho myself.Thanks for all the advice and vids

Tremec puts out some great options for these cars. After I super charged. I went through 3 t5 world classes. Finally got tired of playing and put a 6 speed close ratio. Ain’t broke one since.

Line lock is needed for sure and clutch adjustment.

I also have a faceplated TKO 600 and if you double-clutch while normal street driving then you don't get the clunk. Push the clutch in, go to neutral, release clutch, push clutch in, go into gear. It's annoying to shift like this but it's less annoying than the harsh clunk. For down-shifting, you blip the throttle while in neutral before going into gear and that helps reduce the clunk. Racing is where the faceplated transmission shines!

Is the b cam recommened for automatics or just stick cars only….im building a roller 5.0 motor for my sons ‘67 mustang and trying to find a good cam that will jive with the oldschool c-4 trans….if so what stall should it be ….i also plan on running gt40p head cause i noticed the e7 heads have small hairline cracks in the exhaust port leading to the thermactor bumps….is that common???……i wanna use gt40p for the 58cc chamber to get a bump in compression mainly

I have 2 right now an 89 gt that is fairly complete and an 84 notch that is just a rough shell. I want to build both but I know that if I do that neither one will be top quality. My wife won't let me sell either one.

The clutch is dragging badly and doing serious damage to the synchros and gear teeth in that TKO. I've run a TKO behind a small block and there should be absolutely no noise or grinding between shifts. Unmodified TKO boxes only have synchro issue when trying to shift at very high rpm. The TKO internals won't last long at all with that clutch drag, so get 'er adjusted! That is one beautiful Fox body and a very healthy sounding/running engine. A best of breed...you should be proud!!
