@@Someonewho7_7 people didn't "ruin" them. fans are entitled to their own interpretations of gojo and geto's relationship. like seriously you can't deny that with all the lore and information (trivia, dialogue, character interaction, opening themes, etc.), it'd make sense why some people would see them as more romantic than platonic. and just because they think that way doesn't mean that their friendship became "ruined". i mean, it's obvious that they never had a romantic relationship canonically, and their story arcs and development isn't affected by the ship, like at all, so what's the big issue?

The problem is that it has become disgusting that there is no longer anything called “friendship” in our time between any gender. Any action between friends, such as a hug, a kiss on the cheek, interest, or agreement, is considered love. I have grown up and seen for myself friends whose relationship is stronger than being brothers. They sleep together, work together, go to the same school. The point here is that friendship for many is more important and deeper than love. Why do we translate any action as love?
