Tommy, you lucked out with a Briggs on that Remington. I have had 3 or 4 of them and they all had the China engines on them. I don't mind the China engines, except they are almost impossible to get parts for. Have a good Saturday.
The Crafty with that single wheel adjuster looks just like a Troy-Bilt XP!! It should bring you a nice profit, more that the $139.99!! A carb clean on the little Remmy and that one will make you some money too!! Good score!!
Again, you and i get similar units. I got one in like your Craftsman, but it's branded Senix. Sticker says made in China with that same Briggs engine. Mine got thrown out for a bad belt. New belt installed, $7, works great.
I got 3, one of them was an older black rwd crapsman.... It works, a briggs quantum, runs perfectly, one problem presented itself quick pin hole in carb bowl, fixed that quick, but then the worst part presented itself, the lower bolt that holds the valve cover on, 1 of 2, the bottom one is broken, and oil is running out, which sucks, it's a perfect engine, runs like new, but can't save it because of a broken bolt, sucks....so I will strip the engine down to the bone, and just put another quantum on it.
I checked it out Monday all is good except in the drive the control on top had spring for detent in wrong. What does is adjust belt tension for speed. There is a thumbwheel under control for belt tension. I pulled cover under rear flap full of grass so pulled belt cover cleaned it all out sharpened blade and cut string off of adapter. Seems to be decent mower will list in a few days. .@@tommy-time5240

I went across town and bought the crafty.for the $125 very nice clean mower will have to mark it up. She is all packed up to move.
