My 2 penny insight for Twinkle as a psychotherapist- 1) parents have shelf lives when they are more instructional/ doer / interfering in their child rearing practices rather than being interested-involved. The former breeds dependance that may go away once kids become adults; the latter fosters bonding based on emotional reciprocity & autonomy that continues for life. 2) people who sleep well think less, feel more; when u feel more(not negative emotions), you relax more, breathe deeper, thus in turn relaxing the mind. Hyperthinkers have difficulty in doing that, hence relaxation techniques are recommended for them to unwind. Hope this helps👍🏼
Mithali Raj is down to earth and speaks normally with zero ego... no one can imagine the resume she has and the respect she commands in cricket world. Her inputs on routine, resiliency, mental training, spotlight management, dealing with negative comments. Twinkle Khanna did great job in asking questions and letting Mithali speak to it without interrupting Mithali
She is far more eloquent, educated, intelligent and articulate as compared to her male counterparts. Great to hear her thoughts. So calm, collected and such measured responses. V mature!
