I love Rapala lures. And have always used them as my goto lures. But the Bomber Ba-donk-a-Donk is even larger body, and has a lower tone rattles. Both are very good for inshore fishing.
I stopped purchasing the smaller size 8 because of water logging/leaking issues. I haven’t had any problems with the size 11. With that said, I hardly use them- One knocker spooks catches all sizes, all year round. That and the 6th Sense Catwalk are my gotos
Both are great, I've used Big Game for years with great success. With topwater, try 40-50lb because it floats better and the fish don't see it on top anyways. When you hook that monster snook the extra diameter will help you land her. Tight lines!
Sorry, i just don't look at a $10 inshore lure as a 'con'. To me a con would be the treble hooks, if i want to swap to in line hooks then that's like another $3 for a pair of hooks that are going to last me 2-3 weeks at most before they need to be swapped out.
Hey Topwater Fans!! You can get the Rapala Skitter Walk lure from our shop here: bit.ly/3zSkq3D

“This is a top water we just designed” aka spook jr 😂
Justin, what hooks and size did you swap on your smaller skitter walk?
I prefer the Owner Single Inline Replacement 2/0 (4101-121 Model)
@@Jritchey1211 thanks bro. Really like the content you put out by the way.
@@Aric-- Appreciate it, Brotha!
I looked at Academy Sports and at Bass Pro Shops stores. They had tons of various Rapalas but no Skitter Walks. What retailer carries them?
My go to topwater!
So wich leader line y’all recommend Ande leader line or buying the berkley big game spool? Just getting into snook fishing.

@@stratpaulguy86 thanks for the pointers!
It’s interesting now this bait is the cheapest walking bait at my Walmart

That trout imitation is deadly on the SW Florida flats. Be advised... Bullshark steal them.
I'm surprised Heddon hasn't sued you...that's nothing more than a spook lure.
??? Their undecorated bodies are readily for sale and many are doing small market customized paints for retail.
