Chris is the Paul Daniels of metal work.... I probably watched well over 100 hours now and I've truly enjoyed every minute. You guys are so genuine. ☘️🇮🇪☘️
Great to watch the Passat being put back togther relatively easily. Chris's skills and abilities in removing the dents in the rear quater are a pleasure to watch - he is a master of his trade! Think this one will soon be done and hopefully a nice well earned profit for you guys.
These two are doing the work so it's their time, their effort and skill plus they are doing it to make money. This hitting a body shop the costs would sky rocket in a second and it's just not worth it to them. Write it off move on, hand dusted done. It's not right though and more should repaired.
An insurance approved body shop won't use second hand/used parts from a breaker's. Those doors would have been a fortune if bought new and then it's the man hours to move windows across, weld, panel beat, paint etc. It soon builds up which is why so many cars get written off for on the face of it relatively easy fix to those in the know and with the skill. It'll be an absolute bargain for the next owner that thing is packed full of toys & features
I've said it before, and I'm saying it again. Chris is true car Magician! Not forgetting Rob, who does a brilliant Mrs. Doubtfire when it comes to the cleaning of these cars.🧙♂️🧹 👍😂
Another great looking save. Congratulations on reaching 220k subs. A testament to your channel’s content and authenticity. Thanks for your ongoing efforts in providing excellent content, stay safe Gents, Cheers 👍🏽🙂
Your only human Rob, we all are here because we love what you and Chris are doing, and looking for you guys to succeed, great relationship, great content, thanks as always ;)
That was a winner. Finally a youtube car repair video were someone covers the doors and interior while using a angle grinder and welding... Most of them dont care but then bits of hot metal will stick to the paint and glass and even door carda and as soon it gets wet will rust and its impossible to remove from glass and etc.
AMAZING Chris! 👏 top work right there for sure. And considering it was written of primarily because of the quater panel, you've made it look easy to fix. I like the spot weld slide hammer, really neat!
Absolute pleasure watching the master at his work. This car has been categorized by the insurance company, but in reality it is a car that can be easily repaired, but you have to know what you are doing to assess the damage in the first place - which is the heart of the matter! It was fascinating to see the the car’s metamorphosis from a a perceived wreck back to a sleek high specification Passat saloon. All of the motors you guys repair are superb, but this is an exemplar of what can be achieved. 👍👏😎
Really do appreciate your work it is a definite art absolutely love looking at the videos where the car is coming all dented and just putting on the doors on the wing is a brand-new car. Absolute beautiful
The work Chris must have put into that rear quarter to achieve what he has is truly amazing, almost magical. What a result, it is certainly going to be a beautiful car when completed. Total respect and credit to you both.
I know Chris gets a lot of compliments about his workmanship and knowledge and it’s so deserved he’s unbelievable but I’m sure he would 100% agree it’s all down to teamwork, together you are both brilliant and it unbelievable what you actually turn out those doors
Giving how the car looked in the first video, to get away with bent hinges and a crumpled rear wing is astonishing. Chris is a master in panel beating, as the rear look as though there was no damage, at all. If the rear winows have a factory tint, I'd remove the film as the standard privacy glass is good on its own.
Once again Chris shows what a keen eye he has and also what a true craftsman he is. Great job both of you a good repair should be a great profit earner for you both.
Another brilliant job Rob and Chris just shows how sometimes although the damage looked serious it turned out the opposite and has come together really well and Chris is a genius at repairing dents looking at that keep the good work up lads 👍🏻
I must agree with other comments, Chris is unbelievably amazing when it comes to resolving tricky and complicated issues. I am sure there is nothing he cannot fix and to a very high standard, of course Rob he couldn’t do without you………getting the coffee😂👍🏼 another brilliant video guys, cannot wait to see the Passat in the next video.
Another cracking episode both, really love watching the metal work, it’s art to me and seeing what you achieve it’s just fantastic. Don’t sell it off cheap, it’s a lovely car and you should see all the money, I’m really not sure it should have been written off to be fair, especially with the price of second hand cars right now, a real good purchase Rob, this channel just goes from strength to strength! Thanks guys.

A lot of adjustment needed with the wing & headlight as for the dent Chris is a very talented guy there be a lot out there just pulling the panel to pieces that fudge it with loads of filler the panel will need the minimum filler & it's going to look fantastic when painted always excellent work from you both Rob & Chris 👏👏👏👏👏
