I love how the builder played well with the dark color pallete from the outside and created a perfect contrast of white clean monochrome once you come inside this home. 😍😍😍 The guest powder room however, turned out to be my favorite room on this house 😍 Black powder room is always a lit for me.

Nice house. As i am planning to shift to Vancouver, Canada. Very much confused between Apartment in downtown or close by house.. in dubai security is never an issue. What about seciroty system of independent house???

No need for security. Very low crime in these areas.
Cookie cutter, particle board and wood stick framing, gaudy interior that will be heavily outdated in a decade if not already. It is a shame to build such a travesty on such a coveted lot. This kind of construction would be nothing special on any other suburban area. The Canadian housing market is going to crash and burn so hard.
