Normally, I'd just abuse backtrack and figure the stage out through trial and error, but I couldn't even understand why I was taking damage when I used Warming Up and crossed the frosty tiles but still ended up taking damage while standing on a non-frosty tile. You have to use Warming Up as soon as it's available AND cross the tiles at the same time.
