Alligator People for Atari 2600
at first I thought the sprite on screen was a boat but after playing for a bit I think it's supposed to be a syringe anyway the goal in this game is to cure the people at the top and bottom of the screen from turning into alligators by shooting them with the antidotes you pickup.
