Interesting that he told Blatty he didn't want any 'hightened horror' to be added to the screenplay and then when he re cut the movie to make TVYNSB he's got Pazuzu popping up all over the place like a jack-in-the-box.... dilutes the horror of the one subliminal image we got in the original version's dream sequence.
