Ya'll, if you don't go through a cdl school watch this video over and over! Best one I could find for the new modernized standards. Passed with flying colors today. Thank you Jeremy!
This video is 5-stars and if you master it, you will absolutely pass the skills test! I speak from experience because I am a customer who has utilized this service. Not is the video spot-on and accurate, but the staff and trainers at this company genuinely WANT you to obtain your licenses rather than just getting your money. I would recommend CDL Services 10/10 times. I absolutely appreciate the above-and-beyond service they gave to me personally!!! Thank you…
This school is literally the best and we'll as the most reasonably priced. Everyone I was there during my 4 days passed their test. They know what they are doing.
It seems that every State requires something different. In Illinois, its important to mention before performing the spring brake knob pop out test that the trailer spring knob should pop out first to prevent a jackknife. The devil is in the details sometimes. And small things like that are the differences in passing or failing these exams from State to State jurisdiction.
The emergency brake test in Grand Prairie Texas an examiner failed a student for not using the phrase she wants. She wants it to be called EMERGENCY BRAKE VALVES not trailer tractor brakes because at 20-45psi it’s an emergency.
Say Emergency Set-Up. That’s how I passed my modernized pre-trip test today 6/10/24. I used the 12 point brake check, that was taught by my employer Driving school.. and study the section 11M on the modernized section of the Texas CDL book… there’s a check list you can take and use..!! Btw mines was in Edinburgh Tx. And with a 10 speed truck.. so have no restrictions on CDL..!!

Just a heads up anytime you get out of the cab you must have your truck keys on you at all time failure to do so is a immediate failed test
This is false. I just passed mine today and the key was in the ignition the entire time.
Depends on the state you’re in or the instructor you get. But, I was told when you get out of your vehicle to ALWAYS have the keys
What State are you in? I ask because it plays a very big part in your statement. It could true or false depending on the State jurisdiction.
Yooo that’s my guy, did the 3 day class with him as my teacher and aced my class A no restrictions

You would fail in illinois.... Your hands MUST be on the steering wheel.... Most of my classmate failed first for that reason.
What about the other engine parts? Lol
A
You failed because when doing the break test your gauge should settle for the second time when you put your feet on the service break.
This Man knows what he's talking about I passed I went through the program and he was my instructor and I now have my CDL. Great work Jeremy
