Are eggs in America fine for oyakadon or are they not as good/safe as Japanese eggs?

The 'manufacturing' process is vastly different so raw eggs consumption should be avoided in the US in my passerby opinion. I heard not only Japanese chickens and eggs are well bred and treated with meticulous care and given good diet that boost their immune system and taste, but also when the eggs are harvested, they disinfect them thoroughly before distribution. So there's almost zero risk of contracting salmonella by eating them raw, not to mention how delicious they are.
