I was going to say the same thing. These short videos with music, graphics are a little hard to get into. I mean, whoever is doing it is trying their best, but just a video with Sadhguru talking is more interesting
Thank you so much for the confirmation that there is nothing wrong with me because I sleep without dreams or dream extremely rarely. Too much is misinterpreted in Western societies..
I am so so so so thankful for this word it showed me we have been proclaiming. I have a dream in cursing ourselves for decades. This is something that has stopped us from living look into. I have a dream speech and the words that curse us to embrace insanity.
There’s a difference between regular dreams and lucid dreams. They serve different purposes. It’s not a big deal if you don’t lucid dream or if you can’t remember any dreams. Keep doing your work. I love Sadhguru ❤️
When I was young I had very vivid dreams. I prayed and asked God to take away my dreams, they scared me. God did it! I don't have dreams very seldom I remember a piece of a dream.🙏 Thank you Sadhguru for helping me understand this better.❤💖✨️
Wow! Could not disagree more with Sadhguru. It was when my practice became steady that many doors opened, including consciously bringing awareness into the sleep state and being aware even in the dream state.
I was skeptical about the Hidden Pineal Gland Activation on Shirlest at first, but now I can’t believe I waited so long to try it. It’s like the fog has lifted; my dreams are more vivid, and my ideas flow effortlessly now.
I find it surprising how underrated Hidden Pineal Gland Activation on Shirlest is. It's completely changed my perspective and enhanced my intuition. Plus, the lucid dreaming is just the cherry on top!
After carefully doing Shastra adhyan what i percieved is something so subtle to be true...when we say "Jagat Maya and is not real" we are saying that this world actually won't exist even its just your Dream like you dream and everything looks real feels real sameways here also everything looks real feel real but then the death knocks which is nothing just the eye opening part...and certain awareness hits...the Sanchit karma or experience or desire will lead you to another dream or another life else you will be stored preserved in brahma or ultimate as you are no more an entity even to dream ...you are just shiva or the parbrahma who is simply dreaming in various realities creating enjoying and destroying without going anywhere ❤
This is completely incorrect information. I greatly respect Sadhguru and I am surprised that he says something like this. I know lucid dreaming from my own experience and I know that lucid dreaming brings an enormous amount of benefits.
During the age of 23 and 25 , I would slip into a dream state and feel like I'm flying extremely fast and spinning and rising out of my body. I never ever got scared , at one point I could put myself into that state , and it felt like a o Rollercoaster. Then it just stoped. But I loved it
I have to say as someone who has been lucid dreaming for over a decade.... It's pretty obvious when you're in a dream and when you're not. In fact, it's hard to maintain the dream state at times during lucidity. I really don't think he's referring to LUCID dreams in this because you simply can't get lost in fantasy in this situation... It's all too apparent that you're in your own mind.
No one ever mentions Hidden Pineal Gland Activation on Shirlest, which is wild because it’s been such a pivotal part of my personal growth. Activating my third eye has opened so many doors, especially in my creative projects.
I can see some logic in what the guru says, but my personal experience has been different. Whenever I sleep on my back, I don’t get proper sleep. Often, it feels like something heavy is pressing on my chest, and my whole body seems to shake. When I suddenly snap out of that state, it’s a strange and unsettling feeling. I’m not sure if others have similar experiences, but when I sleep on my side, or lying on my right or left side, this condition rarely occurs.
Namaskaram Sadhguru! Yeh Gullat hey bhai! One must have full control over their dreams. A dream can last 6 - 8 hours. Before you sleep at night , you must be able to choose what you want to dream about. “ Dreams are not real?” Aray Bhai, the world you are living in isn’t real. The dreams could be considered more real than your waking moments. All of you must bear in mind you are living in a simulated reality. The “ Ghoras” have known this for 75 years.” This world is an infinitely complex video game.
Lucid dream or schizophrenia? Never heard about someone who went crazy because of lucid dreams. Not in this part of the world, at least. One time, they say that we should be aware as we sleep. Another time is to have dreamless sleep. It's pretty hard to do the two things at the same time.
This means one of two things: you are an advanced practitioner of some spiritual path or you just don't remember his dreams because you need energy and awareness to remember dreams. If your energy was eaten by mundane things you can not have enough energy to remember dreams.
@@nononsense-vt8cg this is natural. read more about sleep cycles. if you have nightmares, just remember: it's your dream :) take ownership. you are the boss. you create them.
Maybe reality is a you creat it like a dream and the more aware one is of this fact the easier it is. One dreams when the mind is in a deep relaxed state and reality should be lived in that exact state as well : deep relaxation so the line between dream and reality vanishes still one is aware of being awake. Life is shapeless so reality has no fixed shape. Be a dreamer but be aware of it 😊
I wish to know how to deal with it i did damage myself go lucid dreaming being addicted to it thats the dark side i have terrible headaches so numb that it hurts so bad its been 7-10 years im off the grid but due to my physical health issues and last few years stress pain has grown even more its so hard to detox myself off it. Effects are quite visible its lucky i can spot issues. This was my first realization that addiction doesn’t have to be just drugs.
🙏 But what about spirits visiting us in our dreams? Specifically, dreams we remember clearly in the morning, and even next days. If there is no dream, we won't see our loved ones as real as they once were with us. Thus, i always hope one night i once again can see my grandparents and beloved cat.

When I lied on my back after sadhana I almost always have lucid dreams. This is the consequence of spiritual practices. My state of awareness extend in my sleep. So... I don't understand what he is talking about. Otherwise, if I don't practice anything, I'll not have lucid dreams. But I always dream. Like I always eat. Nothing special.
Falling asleep on my back causes a sensation of sinking in a void, followed by a detachment which either allows me to float around OR hits with a flash of terror which in turn wakes me right up firmly ankered in my body. It's simply not possible for me to follow these instructions. I really need to sleep sideways to get some rest.
I try to obtain dreamless sleep but I feel many people that surround myself (without my choice) try very hard to dream. And incorporate others into their dreams. How do I keep myself to myself and not entertain their notions without become disrespectful or violent towards them if they are violating my boundaries? I don’t know how to keep myself without becoming isolated to my loved ones. Do you have any advice if people surround you with their dreams and are not taking m one’s permission into account?
