Shirlest's Hidden Pineal Gland Activation should get way more attention! I’ve embraced the methods, and my dreams are not only more vivid, but my creativity has taken off. It’s transformative!

    1. Sanity is not a guarantee; it needs to be kept carefully.
    2. The line between reality and dreams can become thin if one indulges excessively in lucid dreaming.
    3. The distinction between eyes open and eyes closed must remain clear.
    4. A dreamless sleep is a sign of a healthy condition.
    5. Eating at least 4-6 hours before bedtime helps reduce unnecessary dreams.
    6. Lying down flat on one's back while sleeping enhances breathing and overall well-being.
    7. Life experiences can become distorted if dreams are given too much significance.
    8. The mind's tendency to create realities must be managed to maintain sanity.
    9. The fragile privilege of sanity requires careful maintenance.
    10. Balance and stability in energy are crucial for distinguishing reality from dreams.
    11. The subtle nature of dreams also makes them fragile and potentially volatile.
    12. Clarity between reality and dreams is essential for maintaining emotional balance.
    13. Awareness and self-regulation are vital for navigating the realm of dreams.
    14. Dreams can become an obstacle to perceiving reality accurately.
    15. A controlled and stable approach to spirituality prevents emotional turmoil.
    16. Emotional stability is key to navigating life's challenges effectively.
    17. The boundary between dreams and reality must be respected.
    18. Mental clarity and focus are compromised when dreams dominate.
    19. Self-awareness is crucial for maintaining emotional equilibrium.
    20. The power of imagination must be harnessed responsibly.

      2. I have lucid dreams from younger age and no mental problems. On the contrary: if I wake up after a lucid dream, my energy is higher and my internal state much agile / fluid. It's like I know this world is not designed to take too serious, but to enjoy like a Devine play. Maybe Sadhguru refer to not become obsess of dreams. But this is like everything. Obsessions are not good. Ballance / harmony is what we value.
      4. A dreamless sleep is a sign of pure ignorance for ordinary people and turiya for an advanced practitioner.
      6. For me "Lying down flat on one's back while sleeping enhances" probability of entering sleep paralysis which is the gate to OBE or lucid dreaming. And it's happen almost every time if I practice sadhana before sleep.
      14. Dreams can be useful to understand your subconscious and to fix your behaviors (Carl Jung). Also, there is Yoga Nidra (Dream yoga) which is one of "The Six Yogas of Naropa" which is a classic yoga practices. Also, DEVI is his dream, yoga school is his dream, everything he realized is because his dreams was strong and clear.
      19. Self-awareness will extend in your dreams and much deeper. It's a consequence of you sadhana.

After carefully doing Shastra adhyan what i percieved is something so subtle to be true...when we say "Jagat Maya and is not real" we are saying that this world actually won't exist even its just your Dream like you dream and everything looks real feels real sameways here also everything looks real feel real but then the death knocks which is nothing just the eye opening part...and certain awareness hits...the Sanchit karma or experience or desire will lead you to another dream or another life else you will be stored preserved in brahma or ultimate as you are no more an entity even to dream ...you are just shiva or the parbrahma who is simply dreaming in various realities creating enjoying and destroying without going anywhere ❤

I have to say as someone who has been lucid dreaming for over a decade.... It's pretty obvious when you're in a dream and when you're not. In fact, it's hard to maintain the dream state at times during lucidity. I really don't think he's referring to LUCID dreams in this because you simply can't get lost in fantasy in this situation... It's all too apparent that you're in your own mind.

I can see some logic in what the guru says, but my personal experience has been different. Whenever I sleep on my back, I don’t get proper sleep. Often, it feels like something heavy is pressing on my chest, and my whole body seems to shake. When I suddenly snap out of that state, it’s a strange and unsettling feeling. I’m not sure if others have similar experiences, but when I sleep on my side, or lying on my right or left side, this condition rarely occurs.

Namaskaram Sadhguru! Yeh Gullat hey bhai! One must have full control over their dreams. A dream can last 6 - 8 hours. Before you sleep at night , you must be able to choose what you want to dream about. “ Dreams are not real?” Aray Bhai, the world you are living in isn’t real. The dreams could be considered more real than your waking moments. All of you must bear in mind you are living in a simulated reality. The “
Ghoras” have known this for 75 years.” This world is an infinitely complex video game.

Maybe reality is a you creat it like a dream and the more aware one is of this fact the easier it is. One dreams when the mind is in a deep relaxed state and reality should be lived in that exact state as well : deep relaxation so the line between dream and reality vanishes still one is aware of being awake. Life is shapeless so reality has no fixed shape. Be a dreamer but be aware of it 😊

Effects are quite visible its lucky i can spot issues. This was my first realization that addiction doesn’t have to be just drugs.

It's natural. Nothing to worry. Just don't be obsessed and limit yourself to those things, and go higher. Don't stop searching your self. The root of everything.

According to Sadhguru, it's not necessary to sleep on your back the entire night, but rather aim to do so for most of the night.
"...not everybody may be able to lie down flat on their back for the entire night..."
Aim for at least half the night or more on your back, allowing for occasional shifts if needed. This helps maintain spinal alignment, promotes better breathing, and can lead to more restful and dreamless sleep.

I can give you a very good advice about that. Try Yoga Nidra and after some time of practice you will be able to wake up in the morning on your back, in exactly the same position you fell asleep.

lay on back and just meditate until you are so deep in unconscious that you must roll to sleep, has been a good method for me. and you actually feel like you got better sleep somehow, even though it is less time actually unconscious

    Please help me!
After a long meditation I reached the state of samadhi, I became ecstatic and without physical and mental limitations, I stopped meditation because i thought i was enlightened: worst mistake of my life because that state went away after a while and I cant reach it anymore cause I keep thinking at the result. The worst thing is that now i just want to go back to being ecstatic i dont think about anything else, i also started taking drugs. help.
