Just a lot of lifters tend to have stronger legs than arms. Me personally i would never get pinned on my clean attempting a max cj bc my jerk struggles but I know a few people who struggle to clean then put it over head like its nothing. Her limit is her leg strength atm. still great attempts though.

Odd, right? I have never seen a video in which the athlete misses a warmup lift because it is far too heavy. I mean, look at how pinned she is!

Seems like crazy early warmups, awesome lifter though. Probably the best form in the USA camp
30 minutes out is a pretty reasonable start to warming up, do a lift every 2-3 minutes so 10-15 warm-ups before stepping on stage.
