    This inspired me to make one using what I had in the cupboard, I mixed oats and chia seeds and added cinnamon powder, maca powder and tiny bit of coconut sugar to the mix. Toppings are blueberries, strawberries and a dollop of PB! :D Yum!

    I have been making banana milk since I was a kid, I have never heard of anyone else ever making it! I sometimes add a splash of vanilla. Something new I have been doing is adding some Match powder for a different taste.

    Awesome ideas to change up my usual breakfast. I love my oatmeal with frozen blueberries but sometimes I want something different. The chia pudding looks very good!

    Thanks so much for this! I really struggle with breakfast...I’m hungry but I don’t want a smoothie or smoothie bowl.. I like something I can really eat..!....and sometimes that is spaghetti 🤷‍♀️ I do love chia pudding and oats so thaaank youuuu!

    Whenever I make anything with chia I always hide and eat it when my daughter’s not looking bc she’s allergic to chia seeds, but she always wants to eat what I’m eating 😂 I’m gonna try this first soon. It looks yummy 😋

    I’ve always heard that soymilk processed in the US (organic or not) is a major hormone disruptor and to stay away from it. I love soymilk but I’ve been staying away from it. Thoughts?

      It's always best to buy USDA organic! We haven't experienced anything but positive results! As with any food, moderation and variety is best!

      If you eat a whole foods plant diet, you can eat tons of food and not get fat.
