This video popping on the top of my feed is a miracle. I usually go to TLM and due to traveling I had to go to a novus ordo mass today, where there was female eucharistic ministers and little reverence, so I skipped going to communion even though I am not in mortal sin. I thought I was not able to worthily receive our Blessed Lord and was arguing with myself in my head pre communion and I decided to skip today. So I come home and this video pops up on my feed at the top. It’s obviously God telling me to always receive him as long as I can.
I have a simple rule for myself when receiving communion - I always try to receive from a priest or a deacon, but if for any reason I am offered (or forced to receive) our Lord from a Eucharistic minister, I never refuse him.
Thank you for your honest witness! God bless you for receiving this wisdom from God! I pray that you may be able to receive Him today. That's exactly the place that I've arrived at, in my soul, too. As long as there's the real presence, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude to be worthy, though unworthy, to be invited to receive Him. The Love of God surpasses who I receive the Consecrated Host from, regarding both the type of Mass and if it's given by a Priest or Eucharistic minister. I'm so poor in spirit that I'm just glad to be able to receive Him at all. Blessed be God forever! Amen
If Saint John Bosco or any pre-Vatican II Catholics saw what was happening in so-called Catholic Churches today, they not only would not “receive Communion” they would halt the Masses by any means necessary, declare the Bishoprics invalid and force a return to the Catholic Faith.
@Hammett175 I've been thinking about St. John Bosco, in regards to one of his visions, along with other clergy, of the virtues on His chest and back then and what would become of them in the future, and how it scared all of the clergy into deep and sincere contrition and repentance. I have had this thought about the Catholic faith. I am seeking, in prayer, to determine how to practice the faith, as commanded/demandwd by parishioners at my church. But, I always hit a wall, either in prayer or by the people who run the ministries, themselves, by simply asking a question about how to do this and also worship God fully at Mass, and to love my neighbor as myself (The Great Commandments.) The more that I seek and ask, the less I'm given answers to the very basic questions. I, now, see that I am greatly despised, which is going to force me to for exalt myself before Christ and no longer speak to my neighbor, which will return things back to the way that they were, before I sought to live what Jesus teaches, which is to give to everyone who asks. Well, no one has Holy Love. It's been a horrific realization, that I can no longer try to give it back to Christ, for it truly Is His gift to me. :'( Now, I know that I can trust absolutely no one, other than God. I cannot imagine what the Saints's thoughts are, at this time!
I was only going to mass on Sundays. In honor of the Eucharist revival I participated in the sacred heart novena. Though difficult to Make it to mass every morning before work I made it 9 straight days. I cannot explain the change I felt. I couldn’t stop. I now make it to mass at least 5 days a week sometimes twice on Saturdays. I love Him so much.
Jesus give me strength I seem to bear the weight of the world on my shoulders as a single mom, I often face challenges that can seem insurmountable especially with raising two children with special needs. I won’t give up but Lord I’m so discouraged. I’m trying to balance everything but Lord I’m struggling to make ends meet, to pay bills, and to put food on the table for my children. Jesus hear my prayers and please continue to give me strength.💕

@@catherine9808you’re so wrong about that. U have no idea how blessed we Christians are bc of the wonderful graces God bestows on us if only we recognize the multiple opportunities to gain them. A saint is one who lived their Christian life as God wished. When they died in their flesh, someone may have been weeping for that person. Maybe they knew he/she. Maybe someone touched that corpse and prayed and asked God for whatever was in their heart while in their grief right? Could’ve happened. Now what if while that person touched that Dead person in Christ and realized suddenly something was changing within themselves or in their surroundings. ALL saints can only become saints if approved by the church and there must be at least 2 or more miracles from THAT DEAD PERSON IN CHRIST. Mary, Our Blessed Mother asked our Lord to Make more wine at their family wedding in Cana when it ran low. Jesus performed His first public miracle then. His mother asked Him and he did it. She is therefore Our Greatest Saint and why not? God chose her to be the Mother of God and us all. We pray to her if we want not bc she performs the miracles but bc she is Sooooooooo close to our Lord and he doesn’t mind a bit.
