I don’t know I feel like he is so against about Tibet culture and religion…. If Tibet didn’t preserve the Buddhism which came from India … India itself lost Buddhism long time back …. He should look at term and situation of Tibet itself … Bhutan has a their own king who led the country … Tibet captured by communist Chinese killed thousands of people including monks and Rinpoche, destroyed ancient book of Buddhism which preserve for thousand years … Tibet went thru a lot but Tibet still able to preserve the Buddhism …if Tibet don’t exist you won’t be there sitting, giving lecture about Buddhism… largely part of Buddhism persevered by Tibetan … not by Bhutanese
He is not against Tibetan culture and religion. Nor is he for other culture and religion. Do try to watch more of DJKR's teaching clip and get to know him better. 🙏🏻 ( He did mention in this teaching that, " have pure perception on everyone.. everything. ... Everything is my perception". If and only if you want do, do ponder about that, and digest over n over again what he said/ taught.." )
Rinpoche is not against Tibetan culture or religion. I think he is just pointing out, again and again, the difference between the dharma teachings’ essence and aspects of culture which are always changing based on time and place in Buddhism’s history.
