(i would personally prefer this duo captain method especially if they use over the sky as base for dj theme)
I've heard the same on other characters I've debuted on this channel. Lost in translation or lazy maybe? Quite possible they didn't intend the Eng sub to be paired with JP vocals.
these are the lines with english audio, i guess they didn't wanted double work if they already localized it, so instead of a second direct translation they simply used the localized version here too
The subtitles are supposed to match the english dub,not the japonese. And you can't direct translate thngs from japanese,you have to do adaptation . Thats why I think its fair for the subtitles to be what they are
