Nice! Any issues or concerns? Not that would take away your love of it one would think but curious to know if there have been any hiccups or issues or things you didn't expect.
Good review. And yes it looks ridiculous, but I don't have to worry about door dings in parking lots any more. I've had mine for 6 months and put 11K miles on mine. Still love the steer by wire and the way it drives. Picked up a pallet of floor tile and it drove like it wasn't even loaded in the bed. Holds all my band gear for gigs. Biggest problem is that my band mates want to put a tip jar out at gigs and you can't play "starving musician" when you roll up in a Cybertruck.
Yes, I realize. It was more of a way I worded it as I meant to suggest that when used as Daytime Running Lights the headlights aren't illuminated. I knew about the headlights but my words came out incorrect. Thanks for the comment though.
Interesting complaint in recent days that in our winter, the recessed headlights simply fill in with snow. An engineered solution should be pretty easy, but for now, it's a PITA.
I may have mentioned this, but it's a SHARP vehicle - as you say in this fab review! On my test drive, the sales rep mentioned that the service guys had to shave off unfinished edges that might have easily cut someone.
Thanks, Eric for that very cool review. Way back in the day there was the model T, you gotta start somewhere. Being different is great these days being big I guess is even better and electric is where the future is. It’s a very interesting truck. It wouldn’t be for me but it’s fun to see. Thanks very much. Looking forward to your next video.
I agree with you. It wasn't for me either, but again, I can see how it would be for others. My next video also features the Cybertruck, where I compare it off the line against another EV, but one that's on the total opposite end of the spectrum. Coming this weekend...Cybertruck vs Fiat 500e. :)
The good thing is that all the stares will mostly come in Canada, the midwest US, things of that nature. I think that introverts are now a go for the Cybertruck if they like the design, most other places. These things are everywhere, where I live.
I love nearly everything about this truck and wish I needed one. Only thing I didn't care for is the cross beam over the front passengers heads makes it feel a bit claustrophobic compared to other Teslas. And it really should have a spare. And a screen in the rear mirror. And Musk, obviously.
Thanks Jessica. It's hard to say personally since I'm driving it before the snow comes. But at first glance it seems like it would have to be snowing very hard and blowing in the direction of the front to accumulate. I'm sure we'll begin to hear more about this as winter rolls on. Appreciate the comment!
Very interesting review! I think I like the look of it? It’s very different that’s for sure. Price tag is a little too much for me but I may consider buying it if I won the lottery lol
Thanks for your review, I liked your neutraility. Cybertrucks are amazing trucks, the whole point to have one is to drive something completely different, never made before. It is full featured gadget on wheels.
Thank you! I think there are too many videos out there from people who are either lovers or haters, so it was important to put my video somewhere in between.
Thanks Chris. People will make their own minds up about it quite easily without my input. But I just offered my thoughts after finally getting a few hours to be with it.
Yes, and you heard me say the same thing...not for me. But, at the same time we both know it has a lot of appeal to others. If there was one model that worked for everyone, my job here would be pretty repetitive and boring. 🙂
The cybertruck ruined it for me, in the sense that now every other truck body style is boring and too cookie cutter. I've had almost five years for any other option to change my mind, but at the end the CT won me over.
Why do you feel there's no engineering advancement? Do you know of any other vehicles made from Stainless? Is a 6,000+ lb vehicle that still goes 0-60 in under 3 seconds, just "meh" from a technology standpoint?
Thanks very much! I appreciate the feedback. And stay tuned as I have another Cybertruck video coming in a few days, where I put it on the line and compare it's acceleration to that of the Fiat 500e! Why? Why not!!
I said this before about driving the CT, it’s like Han Solo handed you the keys to the Millennium Falcon and said, “Have fun kid.”
Ha! I like that analogy.
I have put on 1,500 miles for now. Love it!

Just say it's a rental!
There are headlights at the bottom of the frank on either side. The light bar across the top is not the headlight(s)

They really have to put a heated bar or something on lights. Snow just builds up there.

So many trucks available at the dealership in Etobicoke. Wonder if I can go for a test drive?
There's probably one way to find out...
I may have mentioned this, but it's a SHARP vehicle - as you say in this fab review! On my test drive, the sales rep mentioned that the service guys had to shave off unfinished edges that might have easily cut someone.
Yep, it's a whole new meaning of someone saying that's a sharp ride!
Cybertruck is an iconic truck, best vehicle I have ever driven and owned! 6,000 miles and climbing!

Waiting to watch this one!
It’s gonna be a good one!
this video has me sold im buying one
Does the electric truck go zoom zoom ?
Actually, more like "Whoosh Whoosh!" :)

Great review! What do you think about the shelf in front of the headlights and the collection of snow in the winter? Thanks for posting!

Thanks Lisa! Then if you're hedging your bets on a Lotto jackpot, don't forget that the Lotto Max pot for tonight is $80 Million!
Give it time the plaid was expensive when it came out also. They have only been producing it for a year.

And with the Christmas update even better. People aren't ready for the cyber truck. Once more people drive it they will get it .
Wiper blade is 75. Rear cover cover. I think the weight limit is 320 lb. At least 300 lb
Thank you! I think there are too many videos out there from people who are either lovers or haters, so it was important to put my video somewhere in between.
Thanks Eric good perspective on the pros and cons...it is without a doubt a technical marvel.
Thanks Chris. People will make their own minds up about it quite easily without my input. But I just offered my thoughts after finally getting a few hours to be with it.
@@TheNovakReport Yes polarizing would be an understatement, everyone certainly seems to have an opinion on it!
I literally would buy one if they weren’t so dang expensive.
Get review. I at 5390 and it thr best truck or vehicle i have driven. People aren't ready for it
So glad this shitbox isn't allowed in the EU.
Horryble Elin Truck
What's an Elin Truck? I thought it was a Tesla Cybertruck.
If you bought one of these pile of junk i have some land in Florida for sale you can only use bitcoin to buy it real cheap ?
If you watched the video, you would know if I bought it or not.
The S, 3, and Y were all form over function in what I find attractive shapes. The Cybertruck seems to be the opposite. NOT for me.

Wait.... are you saying the CT is function over form? Not even close. All teslas are form over function but the CT is only form and no function.
It’s a lemon.
Already 6 recalls.
Recalls happen to all makes and models. The recalls for the Cybertruck have all been for minor issues from what I can see.
As stupid as the car built in the simpsons.....really dumb one with poor quality and definitely not an engineering marvel!
So you never drove one
@@LaJuanHughes Never want....
@@florianc.2553sooo then you don’t know what you’re talking about then..
What are you, a democrat? Can’t have facts trump your feelings huh? Cuz feelings rule no matter what you observe

This was a solid car review. Fun to watch and very informative. So cool to finally see them on the roads in Canada. More Cybertrucks!!🤠🦾
