      If you have no heart issue, you could take baking powder with lemon juice morning empty stomach in moderation. It would definitely improve kidney function with alkaline mode of stomach.

    Is it possible to strengthen kidneys with polycystic kidneys. This advice seems like it's only for chronic kidney disease.

    Dinking parsley in warm water is also helps cleansing.

      Drinking parsley-infused warm water is often touted as a natural remedy for cleansing the body, including supporting kidney health. Here’s how it may help:
      Benefits of Parsley Water:
      Diuretic Properties: Parsley contains compounds that may promote increased urine production, helping flush out toxins and excess salts from the body.
      Rich in Antioxidants: Parsley is packed with vitamins A, C, and K, as well as flavonoids, which can help reduce inflammation and support overall health.
      Supports Kidney Health: Its natural diuretic effect may help prevent kidney stones and improve kidney function, although evidence is mostly anecdotal.
      Digestive Aid: Parsley can support digestion and reduce bloating.
      How to Make Parsley Water:
      Chop a handful of fresh parsley leaves.
      Boil 2 cups of water and pour it over the parsley.
      Let it steep for about 10 minutes.
      Strain and enjoy it warm.
      Caution:
      Kidney Concerns: If you have kidney disease or are prone to kidney stones, consult your doctor before consuming parsley water regularly, as it contains oxalates.
      Medication Interactions: Parsley may interact with medications like diuretics or blood thinners, so it’s important to check with a healthcare provider.
      Parsley water can be a refreshing and healthful addition to your routine, but moderation and medical advice are key!

    What about ginger tea?

    • @HealthHacksDaily01
      @HealthHacksDaily01  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Ginger tea is another excellent choice, especially for its anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits. It can help with circulation, reduce inflammation, and may even aid in controlling blood sugar levels. It's also great for kidney health due to its antioxidant properties.
      You can find ginger tea in most health food stores, grocery stores, and online platforms like Amazon or iHerb. Many brands offer pure ginger tea, or you can find blends with other herbs like lemon, turmeric, or honey for added benefits.
      If you're interested, you can also make ginger tea at home by boiling fresh ginger slices in water for about 10-15 minutes. This way, you can control the amount of ginger and customize it to your taste.

    it always says research but there is no link to researches.

      You're right, it’s important to back up health claims with research and credible sources. I understand the frustration of hearing about studies or research without direct links to the actual data.
      For more information on the benefits of ginger tea for kidney health, blood sugar regulation, and inflammation, you can explore reputable research databases like PubMed, Google Scholar, or journals like The Journal of Renal Nutrition or Diabetes Care. These sources often provide peer-reviewed studies that support claims about the health benefits of various herbs and foods, including ginger.
      If you want, I can help you find some specific research articles on ginger's effects on kidney health or diabetes management. Just let me know!

    THIS IS NOT RIGHT I THOUGHT DR SAYS MILK OR CHEESE ANY DAIRY PRODUCTS DAMAGES KIDNEYS DO TO HIGH PHOSPHORUS CONTENT ?? You said milk WOW

    • @HealthHacksDaily01
      @HealthHacksDaily01  2 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      You're right to be cautious about dairy products, especially for those with kidney disease. Dairy can indeed be a concern for people with kidney disease due to its phosphorus content, which can build up in the blood and worsen kidney function over time.
      However, the impact of dairy varies depending on the stage of kidney disease and individual health conditions. In the early stages, some people with kidney disease may be able to tolerate moderate amounts of dairy. But as kidney function declines, it's important to limit phosphorus-rich foods, including dairy products like milk and cheese.
      For those with advanced kidney disease or high phosphorus levels, it's often recommended to avoid or limit dairy. There are also phosphorus-free or low-phosphorus dairy alternatives available.
      Always consult with a healthcare provider or nephrologist to get personalized advice about diet and kidney health.
