I forgot that the 2010 season kinda with the 1/3/7:30 "throwback" with start times also had a 1995 style ESPN coverage throwback where "Countdown" (or "NASCAR 2Day" as it was in the glory days) aired on ESPN-2 prior to the main event on "The Mothership"
