    Good job explaining WHY each model exists and how it affects real use cases. So much on TH-cam is about trivial or overlapping specs across differing frame and grades of machines to the point that the buyer is baffled.

    And what does a large square bale weigh? in pounds, kilogram. How can you talk about lift capabilities' with out real numbers.

      They are all different. The only way to really know what a round bale weighs is to go to the scales and weigh them. The round bales we get in central Oklahoma range from approximately 1,000-1,5000lbs or 450-680kg.

      Thanks for the question about the bale weight. It was not mentioned because I had not weighed it but it was first cut and would have easily weighed in around 900-1000 lbs. the real idea of this video was to show that the manufacturers specification for weight is definitely not the most important factor in determining which tractor is best suited for this type of work. The second half of this video will shine even more light on this. Lift height, reach, axle width and whee base length are as important or even more so as any of these models can do the lifting.
