Hi Dear if Your Radio is the same modle just disconect the battery for 1 minute, and reconnect the battery, then turn your radio ON, your radio start playing but bib for 1 or 2 minute then it will ask you to insert code, if you know you 4 digit code, press 1 few time for first code and then press 2 few time for second code and then press 3 few time for third code and press 4 for few time for 4th code, finaly press and hold 6 for few second, your radio will automatic restart and work fine. hopfully this will help to sort it out your problem, if not please get in tuch with renault dealer in your country for advice. regards Al

hi, when you turn the radio on, in the display appear a text that say RENAULT?
can you tell me if the backup camera can stay on all the time or is it only when you backup?
