Dear sister your presentation is wonderful. You explain everything very well. Small advice. Your rice were broken and joined. In future use saila basmati rice. If you take 2x rice portions in 500g empty pakeeza yougurt tup then you use 3 full water tups of empty pakeeza yougurt tup. Leave rice wet to 30 mins in hot water. When you put rice into the meat don't let all the gravery dry. Leave rice a little wet and then put in dum for 15mins. You will see your rice very long and separate and not dry.
