You're an incredible human being Vanessa. I've learned a lot from you, and I really appreciate the work you put out into the world. I find your fun-loving, transparent, silly self very admirable 😊 I wish I didn't already have a 10AM commitment. I'm looking forward to watching this later though 🙂🙏🏼

I love the break downs of the different body language cues from public figures. It is super helpful and shows that anyone can use their body language as a superpower. I think it would be intriguing to see the breakdown of CEOs and founders. Some that come to mind are Ray Dalio, Gary Vaynerchuk (Vee), Elon musk, and others.
Thank you for the awesome content and learning, you've helped me break out of my shell and build awareness to my body language.

Thank you, Vanessa! This is Cris from, Madrid, Spain. You are such a great teacher .... (captivating gesture) Watching ordinary people's gestures always intrigues me. Especially watching moms and dads talk to their kids. That's when I see all the cues you have talked about in this magnificent video. Take care and keep them comin'! haha

"Smolder" works for Rock because he's known for the humor of it, back to the wrestling days.When/If I do it, people think I'm scowling at them - not friendly. :-)
To be honest, Rock comes off a bit inauthentic to me. He's all about business and will sell whatever he has to be sold at full intensity whether its good or not. He knows what he's doing when he does that.
    Great talk, thank you!

Dwayne Johnson does this in a natural way. This suits him. You are right. His conversation becomes more powerful. He drives ahead his ideas this way. You are absolutely right. But it varies from person to person. I know actions and gestures are powerful.

The Rock's wrestling background is why he's so good at nonverbal communication. Professional wrestling is storytelling and the action of the "fight" is not mic'd so they must tell the story nonverbally. You could easily watch a WWE event with no sound and be able to retell the storyline.

Stephen Colbert... I am constantly amazed at the information he is able to get folks to share in a radically short amount of time! some are classically tight-lipped difficult interviews and he manages to get them to open up in a few minutes. He is obviously an example of how is own openness about his trauma puts others at ease, but I feel like his theater training has given him a wealth of cues that magnify that ease... just curious. I am a tutor that needs to put students at ease right away, but i am also neurodiverse, so I really appreciate your breakdowns.

Dwayne tends to be decisive, forward-thinking, and spontaneous with a natural aversion to rigid structure. As a Type Three, Dwayne tends to be ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic. Dwayne is generally driven and loves to set and accomplish goals. As an ENTP, Dwayne tends to be expressive, curious, and spontaneous.🥺🥺🥺

The Rock's charm is all about subtle cues. His eyebrow raise shows confidence, and his "Savor Smile" adds warmth to interactions. I’ve tried using his "Verbal Mirroring" and noticed people connect better. One key takeaway: mastering these techniques can make you effortlessly charming. Adding humor to these moves, like in the Sense of Humor Improvement Program by Habit10x, makes them even more effective. It’s all about being present and genuine!
