Big fan of your channel since a long time:) and I’m from that part of the world:) but I have to disagree, since the first UFC days till Khabib there were around 3-4 russians fighting in UFC Taktarov and couple others! UFC is based out of US it of course you will have most Champions plus it was created by a Brazilian! Even today there’s not that many fighters from Russia in the roster, but still there’s many in top 15 they’re many talents in russia mostly in Caucasus region but due to politics they’re not able to fight in the UFC check out ACA that organization has amazing fighters but the whole organization is under sanctions they can’t fight in UFC

@traveler-1997-1 good point but I think it's fair enough to claim your homeland. If Dakota Ditcheva wanted to rep Bulgaria that be fine or Mokaev wanted to rep Russia that's fine. Belal reps Palestine even though he's from Chicago.

@traveler-1997-1 true but they could also go by states and cities. Dagestan is small but Russia is big and a world power. Also Africa doesn't benefit from a rich history of combat "sports" like USA,Brazil,Russia,Mexico(boxing),Japan,etc
