Note for any TH-cam linguists that view this and think "Wow, Sicilian sounds so much like Portuguese!" keep in mind that while there are similarities, I'm not a native speaker and I also speak Brazilian Portuguese, and a little bit of that accent slips in at 3:03!

'N Francia ci sunnu assai picca risorsi pi nzignàrisi la lingua ma pi furtuna, parrava già ngrisi e nu pocu talianu dâ scola. Dunca mi nzignava sta lingua da sulu pirchì a casa me nun si parrava lu sicilianu, tranni quarchi palora ca lu me nannu certi voti diceva. La me famigghia vinìa di nu paisi vicinu a Curliuni e prima si nni jìu n Tunisia, unni c’era na granni cumunitati siciliana dâ fini XIX â mità dû XX, e appoi vinni ‘n Francia.

Sbaglio o hai un accento portoghese/brasiliano?
Non sbagli haha, avevo imparato un po' di portughese in Brasile, e provando a riprodurre i dittonghi del dialetto del paese della mia famiglia questo accento è venuto fuori nei primi video haha, infatti, avevo scritto qualcosa sopra l'argomento nella descrizione del video. Nei nuovi video l'accento è cambiato un po', fammi sapere cosa ne pensi!

What's the purest sicilian of them?
There's no such thing! Generally though, people along the coasts might use more Italian with their Sicilian than people in the interior, but people in the interior still often mix Italian words or grammar into their Sicilian.
But any speaker of Sicilian with a few weeks of study could easily switch over to speaking non-Italianized Sicilian.
There are some theories that Southwestern Sicily (mostly around provincia di Agrigento) has some of the most "conservative" Sicilian, retaining sounds and grammar that went on to change in the rest of Sicily, but that doesn't mean it's more pure or more Sicilian than the rest of the varieties.

Almost all books written in Sicilian involve a heavy mixing of Italian, because the authors are attempting to demonstrate how the language is used in daily life, which for the last 200 years, has involved constant code-switching and mixing of languages.
Luigi Pirandello wrote a lot of theater in Sicilian, but his Liolà is probably the most non-Italianized, as the bulk (if not all) of the text is in Sicilian, and even the scene directions and descriptions are in Sicilian.
il Re di Girgenti is Andrea Camilleri's most non-Italianized book, but it's still heavily adapted for the Italian speaking audience.
If you keep going back in time you have author's like Giovanni Meli and other poets who wrote in an educated Sicilian, but it still unknowingly includes occasional Italianisms, as well as intentionally mimicking Italian literary forms.
Lu Jornu Ca Lu Mulinazzu Chianciu is a modern book written in Standard Sicilian, which gets very close to the mark, but still includes some Italianisms. It's on Amazon!
So why are there no books written 100% in correct non-Italianized Sicilian? Because there has been no reason to, and no market for it. This is starting to change as we demand it. But we need access to good resources to know what's Sicilian and what's Italian, and sometimes we have to recover old Sicilian forms that have been replaced by Italian. Some good new resources should drop this year to help those wanting to produce and read more Sicilian content!
Also - this free learning resource includes several short stories written in correct Sicilian that avoids Italianisms, this is the best on the internet so far!
