As I understand it, he didn't blackmail her with an affair, but with his power and his ability to destroy her life and that of her husband. In my eyes, that makes her a real victim. This story is so lacking in details as to make the story ridiculous. The basic story is that she was a cheating slut and her AP was now blackmailing her, for what she had already done. Why is she being made a poor victim when she was the cause of all this? If you invent a story, it must make sense and be realistic. The husband was a blind and ignorant moron. This went on for months and he didn't really notice. Slowly he began realising she had changed. What exactly had his cheating wife been doing with the Affair Partner? Kinky things as well? Why was she tied to a chair? Had they been indulging in BDSM "games" for the last 24 hours? As I said, this is a ridiculous story.
