How was this playing so smooth? I tried and it was completely broke! I couldn’t even aim accurately, like it stuttered constantly. The ttk was about double what it should be having to mag dump on one person at a time…

MESSAGE TO DICE: 5 things you should & must change to truly make your game fun to play & more realistic.
1. You need to take that grappling hook out of the game & instead make it traditional grappling hook that you & your team can climb to get into higher floor levels like you did in Battlefield Hardline. This is supposed to be a “tactical modern day FPS” not spider man or titan fall.
2. You NEED to slow down the slide speed & decrease that slide distance, it’s just ridiculous how it looks now just like call of duty.
3. Lastly, significantly increase fall damage. So that when you jump off a 2 or 3 story building, your character is collapses injured & can’t move until medic comes to heal you, and that if You jump from a 3rd story building or higher, you die.
4. You can only activate your parachute from a certain realistic height/altitude to save from fall damage/death. Let’s say like you can only activate your parachute from 5/6 stories high & need to free fall for at least 3 2nds to pull the chute.
5. Take the snipers glint from scope out of the game. Or if you want it to be more realistic, the glint/shine from a sniper looking at you only shows up when they’re facing the sun & to reduce glint, you can put a covering mesh around the scope & to completely eliminate it, you have to face away from the sun. And if you’re indoors in or in dark areas, the sniper scope doesn’t reflect light at all. Just like in Bad Company 2. It felt good to play as a sneaky sniper with a gillie suit on & shoot through bushes, the only way you could see a sniper was to listen for the direction of the shot & go sneak & find him. The sniper scope glare just ruins the fun of the sniper class when EVERYONE can see & shoot you just by looking in that direction. Or at least on hardcore mode, not sniper glint.
These 5 things will slow your game down & create an even better & more fun TACTICAL battlefield experience. If not, then I can quickly see people getting frustrated overtime & going back to play more real tactical shooters. Doing these 4 things in my opinion make this an even better battlefield game, You guys should look at games like Insurgency Sandstorm & Ghost Recon Breakpoint for more tactical & realistic ideas. Everything else about this game though looks great. But if you can’t make these changes to the base game, you guys should definitely allow players to edit & make changes to these things themselves in your Portal for when we make our own services, that would be a great customization experience.
I don't know. I guess it's becase console controls are just total shit but your gameplay looks totally average to me as a PC player.. kinda slow, not extremely accurate, but not bad. For sure not special in any way.
The sound design in this new game is so weak and flat. Previous Battlefield games had much more dynamic range and fidelity

Holy crap. The beta was only out for 2(4 if preordered) days to the open public; how did you fit 44 hours worth of gameplay? Also how did you aim so accurately without aim assist?
Just turn aim assist off and play the game, you will finally play better, I use to turn it off on BF when i played console i hated the fact if someone ran in front at X distance it would track to them and not my true target or if there was a cluster on conquest it wasn't just spray and pray aim assist took control, You might over shoot an enemy but soon you can snap to just as good if not better than aim assist,

Watched a few people and I could honestly say I'm better than most of them (which makes me not want to watch them), but watching you I think you'd win more often than not. You got yourself a subscribe good sir. Also, does reloading after almost every kill not get annoying? Did you prefer the tradeoff of having an advantage in a 1on1 over possibly not having enough bullets for more than 2 people? I ran the LMG mostly because I'd rather have the bullets. But if you're dropping 70 kills on average per fight maybe I should give it a go. I was averaging 50.
Yh full Game should improve the hitreg, this game has some leaening curve so it will pay off putting some time into this
I feel like the pp-29 is kinda perfect because it does have a lot ammo so you can get multiple kills with one clip and also your mobility is a lot better than with an LMG

This seems a lot faster than the other BF games.
You can adjust the field of view. The higher you set it, the faster everything looks.

Wish my experience was this good, I watch people and they are able to get kills etc easy.. me it was aim tap fire or burst because recoil, some close range was ok. Mag dump and still get killed faster by the guy I'm shooting at... it was my ping I think, my internet is crap and couldn't use my cell data as I used it to download the beta 😆 still was fun, after I got used to it though

So it's going to be US vs Russia, but the Russian combatants will be comprised of specialists from US ally countries. Yes so immersive, A Russian military comprised entirely of fighters from US, Canada, Mexico, France, South Korea, etc. So fucking lazy and lame, they couldn't even be bothered to make faction specific specialists so US side would have specialists from US, NATO countries, and US allies, and Russia specialists from Russia, China, Iran, Jordan, Bosnia, Serbia, North Korea etc

The hit reg on the lmg has nothing to do with seemingly invisible bullets in bf4 lmgs we’re the same where the accuracy stat actually mattered when you held down the trigger if you up to a wall and spray you’ll see that the bullets won’t hit where you’re crosshair is most of the time that’s the offset when you get an lmg with a lot of ammo it’s not accurate it has bloom

I think it was a pretty accurate guess, and actually might be on the low side. Was getting average 70 kills in a full match which takes about 30 minutes

You mind numbingly chronically reload when you still have 20 rounds in your mag. This is a bad gaming habit that people get into. You lose sooooo much downtime in your weapon readiness because you spend half the time reloading. Fire a few shots, then reload..........few shots and reload. Your brain is on autopilot instead of taking your game to the next level.
The proper thing to do is 'clear the scene' first. Kill, and take cover, make sure nobody else is around to also fire on, THEN reload. Meaning, kill 2 people with each reload, not reloading after a few shots. To elevate your game: kill twice........check the scene or hide, then reload. Watch any real combatant, they're ALWAYS ready with weapon in hand, not reloading every few seconds.
