I feel so different, currently have been having my entire childhood coming back up. I feel like I was gone so long in the world. What is happening, nothing makes sense anymore. It sounds like you're on the right track to me as well. Be you, become comfortable in being you. You're starting to wake up, but keep in mind that waking up is a process and there is always more to wake up from. It's like a road, and the journey itself is the destination. Most people haven't even started walking this road yet. Not everything on this TH-cam channel will vibe with you (or any channel for that matter), and it's fine if some things don't. We are all unique and we all have slightly different perspectives. Self discovery is the most powerful way, just let your higher self guide you.
In MelbourneAustralia everyone semed to be confused esp most young people they seem distant like they are thinking about something while doing something else. They are not there in the now! Its crumbling fast withe traffic increasing by the day cause of the restless ness from human beings...
I think grounding and being in the body is super important right now. I'm going through the same as you and find TH-cam videos on spiritual awakening very helpful, Christina lopes or u movement x somatic practices also great, Peter levine or Irene Lyon. We have tonnes of resources now available online to help but really it's all about accepting where you are and showing yourself loads of love and compassion. NO pressure.
