  • Quick DIY for building a basic seat pan. 16 gauge with some curves is plenty support. This video outlines the basic how to for designing before making any cuts in to metal. Corrugated cardboard seems to shape the easiest when making your template.

    Why didnt u follow the shape of the frame , wouldn't it have looked better n had better flow , plus u woulda had a little bigger more comfortable seat ?

      Flow of the frame gave it more of a tractor seat look. Ended up ditching this seat for another one in the end of the series

    Looks mint. What thickness of sheetmetal did you end up using?

      This pan is 16 gauge. Plenty thick enough. I will be making a video this week of how I mount it
