And... If now I watch 4 hours of video, it will "spoleir" my first 4 ours of gamplay, or better, I will have no second chance of a "blind" experience! 😀
Yes they can. You can check out the console deep dive video on the GameSpot channel. Go to 2:50 and watch and listen. They don't show two passive skill trees at once, but there is a screen where one player is messing with their skill tree and the other player is adjusting things in their inventory. And the guy who's talking also mentions that it's possible.

But this game is still not out and this is why they had people test the games so perhaps things like that will change. A lot will, like the drop rate of items or difficulty of the game. I am pretty certain they made it significantly harder then it actually will be mostly because the tester could only play to like the beginning of act 2 and likely want to give players a true challenge to get to that point. If you were playing normally it’s likely the true difficulty spike of the game wouldn’t probably be until act 3 or so which is the halfway point. They have to give players a chance to build there builds up and at least get a full set of armor and items before truly spiking the difficulty of the game otherwise it ain’t gonna be much fun for most people. I mean I even heard testers complaining about how hard the test version of the game was and some people never even found various items like belts or rings or amulets in there entire playthrough of the first act because of how low drop rate was and dying to like the second boss or so because of how tough it was and not even having full armor yet and barely even any skills or levels under there belt.
