The two versions of Tails at 4:59 and 5:38 are from One more time/Round and are the two different ways tails died in the previous versions of the game (When he was caught and got his head ripped off and when he went out of bounds of hide and seek resulting in Sonic.Exe burning his face in lava).
Luigi Kid i got GOOD news, the creator of fatal error (in the sonic.exe 3.0) is making a Separate mod called Fatal Files and bringing along some of the well known Exes (ofc except sonic.exe) and some new ones as well. He dropped a teaser a few days ago i believe.
