He was such a bright star in the industry and his passing is such a huge loss for all of us. This. I swear I never care to know Astro as a group like I literally just found out moonbin group is called Astro (no offence cuz I'm an old kpop fans in 2nd gen I no longer keep up with new groups) BUT I knew him from many variety shows and his drama and liked him A LOT. You have no idea how heartbreak I was cuz I just watched him in a show with his sister literally yesterday. Imagine you were giggling watching him with his sister and that night you found out he's gone. I was also on the way to my hometown for a a massive festival too. I went from singing with my family excitedly in the car to stunned for a whole hour and secretly crying the next few hours. Bruh, I can't remember anything except for his INNOCENT SMILE 😭😭😭 I'm okay now trying to accept it but yesterday I was like, "WHY? HOW? WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED? THIS CAN'T BE REAL." I've experienced a loss from jonghyun, sulli and goo hara but tbh it's been awhile seen I watch them before the loss so I'm coping okay even tho it's so sad but this one, this one cut me deep. I never imagined having feeling this painful over someone who honestly never even know my existence but its still hurt regardless. and one more thing to add, I also found out I alrdy watched him in one of his child acting drama 12 years ago too, which I never knew it was him. So, technically I watched him grew up 12 years. I'm- about to cry writing this but it's okay I'm gonna be okay. 😢
Moonbins passing really hit me hard as he was and still is my Astro bias, also if it wasn't for him I would've never got into Astro, what drew me to him was his massive bright smile, as just seeing how made me smile too, he was the one that made me a fan and I miss him deeply, it was his smile that saved my life as I suffer from bad depression and just seeing his smile made my life better
Moonbin was a absolute talent. He has the sweetest personality and is very soft spoken. I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around this.. Please get to know Astro more. Each one of them are going to need our support. This is going to be a devastating blow to their group. Moonbin was simply a beautiful guy. His sweetness left a mark in my heart.
I think I started getting into ASTRO since Crazy Sexy Cool and have loved them all ever since. I was so very shocked and and now extremely sad to have lost my favorite puppycat and for the loss we Aroha, Astro members, his family and his massive group of friends. We will love you always

The news of Moonbin passing really hit hard, including people outside of the fandom. Everyone was in shocked to hear the news, first thinking it was probably a horrible rumor until the official company announced it. I didn’t listen to Astro but knew of Moonbin. He was super talented, had a beautiful smile, and sweet. I cried thinking what he was probably dealing with and how he was feeling in his last moments. I don’t wish this on anybody… I hope Astros fans are doing well and I can’t imagine the hurt they are going through after this news, including the members, his family and especially his sister, who is also an idol. I hope he’s resting in peace and he’ll always be remembered and known, shining brightly in the sky…🕊⭐️
