Hey Iswor, It’s as usual In windows ctrl+c and ctrl+v (or) in Mac cmd+c, cmd+v. We just need to make sure that the effect is selected while you do this.

how to make this frame? i made through a rectangle and made it transparent and added stroke but glow is not applying inside the rectangle.
