    About the face painting, we mexican dont care if foreigners participate with respect. You obviously wanted to embrace the culture, so we like that and hope the people enjoy it ❤

    For people watching, try to support local vendors with artesanias (handicrafts) and local products when possible, pls ❤ love u did with the restaurants and tour and the little market.

      Totally agree! Supporting the locals is important. We bought some pretty cool arts and crafts as gifts for family back home. The market was amazing, so much cool stuff! 🙌🏼

    What a cute family! Can't believe Nora is ONEEEEE! BABY! Looks like y'all had a blast... it's definitely something everyone should try to experience. What a vibe for those few days in Oax City.

    I did book Toucan airlines once... it's not the cheapest way, but its an EXPERIENCE. 12 people fit on the flight, and I was watching the controls and the pilot fly the plane the whole time. It was pretty cool.

      Nice! Capacity of 12 is way more than I assumed was capable.

      @@ElizRued Actually my brother booked it for me so I wouldn't miss his bachelor party. Not sure, but i think what you'd expect... like around $100 or so. Pretty cool experience.

    Yea be aware of your surroundings like anywhere in big events. Never experience anything *knock in wood* but why not.

    His disrespectful and ignorant ! Dia de Los muertos has absolutely nothing to do with face painting and even if it did what makes you white Americans think it’s okay to wear such a personal thing?

      We say Dia de Muertos. You obviously have no idea what you’re talking about. Face painting is ubiquitous & everyone is welcome. Just stop with your woke garbage.

      Mexicans paint their faces too

    • @traviswking
      @traviswking หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Everyone paints their faces when they go to Oaxaca City for Dia de Muertos... Have you ever even been? Or you just hating from a basement somewhere... also "face paint as such a personal thing" makes this comment pretty hilarious. It's face paint mate, like what kids wear at bday parties.
