When she accepted the proposal by Lang Feng, she seemed happy to be loved and would try to be better - and maybe having someone who understood her, and would hold her accountable to some degree would have encouraged her to be a better person - at that point. I felt for her when he was killed - and on their wedding day, of all times. Ouch. HOWEVER, I lost all sympathy when she decided to blame it on Ah Yin for. . .'reasons'. Everyone started blaming Ah Yin with no actual reason or proof other than she was weaker than them and they could bully her. Then she went out of her way to kill her - again, with ZERO proof that she had anything at all to do with his death. That's just. . .wrong. Cut to a thousand years later, they come in and cast that matrix thing which lets them SEE what actually happened in the past, and she herself could see that Ah Yin had NOTHING to do with Lang Feng's death and yet, she's STILL on about killing Ah Yin/Phoenix girl 'for him'. What the heck? It's like she has ZERO brains in her head. And finding out her father is into something wrong - she KNOWS it's wrong. She says it's wrong. She clearly knows better, yet chooses to go down that path anyway. Willfully, knowingly. There's no sympathy for that. She is absolutely guilty.
