Nago's one shot because he only gets one shot to kill you; Slayer's one shot because that's how many hits he needs to kill you and your lineage in real life

Characters like Goldlewis can also kill you off a favorable interaction, but Nago specifically has to burn blood to run a lot of his offense, so if he burns resource and fails to kill you, he's missed his "one shot". He's in a pretty unfavorable position when he either loses half his health or is locked out of his mix and conversion ability for fear of losing half his health. Obviously at higher levels of play this is a workable weakness that can be mitigated by patient gameplay and good resource management, but that's the logic behind the classification.

I really thought his Super Mappa Hunch is a level-based super same as Sin’s Tyrant Rave where you’ll have to time the blow as you hold the button for too long. As much as I want for Slayer to have an install move whether he’s shirtless or he becomes younger just like his gameplay trailer, I’m glad he’s back just to slay his new outfit.
The issue with a young install is that he already winds up a punch in his animation so it wouldn't be fair even if he dealt less damage and became young
Last Horizon is basically Slayer's version of The Raging Demon, complete with floating dash towards his opponent and dealing massive damage.....LIKE 2/3 OF THEIR LIFE BAR DAMAGE!
