The jet turbine right next to houses upsets people. You don't say? The logistic concerns of lift, tilt, and speed of maintaining a flying city is certainly a different set of challenges from most city builder games, making for different concerns for where, how, and when to expand that can potentially get more complicated as you expand, and put hard caps on how far you can expand before finding new technologies and making research progress in a way that feels fairly natural.

did you ever try Endless mode... w/ Lost Tundra DLC? new game + on Hard Difficulty takes this casual game to new heights. Brand new map, population goes to 500 the City gets Huge. 3 xtra towns added in the lost tundra. Couple of new techs for 'heaters' ( these burn coal like crazy fast. ) couple other hidden traits that that frozen area does to your city.. I won't spoil it. __ :D At the beginning of the game you can choose to start out w/ a Wonder Unlocked i prefer not. Like come take all discomforts or produces tons of food or see the entire map... i prefer the regular Towncenter makes the trip worth..

Not so much 'imperialism!' game, more like 'peaceful resolution' game...
very repetitive and boring game.
looks good in the video but is actually very empty and hollow.
after 30 hrs of gameplay there was nothing more to do.
