I know it's still in beta and all of the features haven't been rolled out yet but I tried setting up a custom Zap but I wasn't really able to get the configuration right for it to work. I believe it would be possible if you were to set up a webhook that pushes the data from the chat to a VM instance server, which would then forward it to another Zapier webhook in order to parse the data. Zapier could make this feature more readily available in the future as well!
@@webcafeai The initial webhook would be setup how, via Zapier? Everytime I try to run a Zap, trigger fails saying it doesnt not recognize that the button was clicked.

Question: how deep can you go with training This chat bot? In other words, how much information can we input into the description of what the chat board is supposed to be doing? Thanks!
When fine-tuning the chatbot, best practices always consist of using specific language and aligning with the overall goal of the chatbot. This can result in lengthy descriptions. Our overall tip is to review your descriptions and only use words that are essential for the desired outputs you are trying to achieve.

The latency to load is typically correlated with Zapier backend. For mobile, one possible issue could be the way the layout is structured on the frontend. Additional code may be required to ensure an effective mobile UI.
If you are referring to an AI avatar in the sense of mimicking an actual person, this could be done but would require a lot of custom work. The majority of chatbots are still going to be text-based, whether you are using Shopify's native app or a third-party app.

Yes, but this would require custom work because you would need to access the OpenAI API!
