I prefer the Khonsu over the Rollo. Even when I throw a 180g Champion Rollo, on what's almost a 75° hyzer, it still turns right over and rolls. Which makes sense. It's aptly named. I definitely think the Khonsu is more forgiving with shot shaping. It has a much more manageable turn and is really nice to use in wooded course holes where your standard forehand will have too much distance and/or too sharp of a fade.
your channel popped up as a recommendation. when I started watching, something felt familiar. then I realized that's where I go play often lol. I got Rollo two weeks ago and I tried it out yesterday. some holes that I thought it might do well but the grass was a bit too long for the disc to able to roll. I do enjoy that disc though :) If you want to do a distance comparison, you should go down to the soccer fields past the disc golf course 👍
Just got my Khonsu today. First throw I parked the basket, flip to flat & went straight. I'd say the Khonsu is Infinite Discs second flippy midrange with the Kon Tiki (4 | 5 | -3 | 0) being the first. The profiles are very different, tho. I don't bag the Kon Tiki, but time for a throw comparison to the Khonsu. Thx for the video & flippy midrange discussion!
Your mentality seems great in this video. You're having fun throwing every shot, which makes it fun to watch every shot. Thanks for filming.
