Let's take a closer look at these two methods how to hide laces on your Nike Air Force 1s:
0:10 - 1 method
1. Insert the laces into the upper holes so that the ends of the laces go inside;
2. Then make a bow;
3. Hide it under the tongue of your sneakers.
01:44 - 2 method
1. Pull up the insole of your sneaker;
2. Hide the ends of the laces there.

In reality, it looks good. But it doesn't feel good. The knot starts to be nuisance on the foot after a few tread. For a short period usage it is effective

So I used to do the first method AAALLLLL the time with my chucks 17 years ago. I thought there’d be some more advanced method by now. However, I’m stupidly impressed by that second method of laces under the sole. Didn’t see that coming.

Yo I never thought about that first way, I have always just tucked the loop and the remainder of the lace under the tongue but that first one is much easier and looks great! Thanks for the help!

エアフォースもコンバースのワンスターもインソールの下に挟んでるけど緩いことはないかな。毎回靴ひもをしっかり結ぶような人なら緩いと感じるかもしれないけど。
まず花結びが縦になるような結び方しないで横に綺麗に結ぶ練習しましょう

If you tie the two ends in a knot then put them to the side and under the insole, you won't feel the laces, and if you do it right your foot will tighten the laces as it go in!
