Gonna get scheduled for this surgery soon after walking on an unstable knee for 2 years(misdiagnosed). It makes me optimistic to see what you can do after just 63 days. I would be excited to be where you are at in the recovery process, especially because my knee has been so bad for so long. Walking for 30 minutes is actually huge and I'm sure that will start to progress faster and faster now. It will be such a relief to have stable knee again, I can't wait.

Heyyo Danny... that absolutely sucks! Walking around for 2 years before finding out what was wrong with you're knee must have been frustrating as hell! That is incredible news that you figured out what was wrong with it and are booking your surgery! I highly recommend you put in work from now until your surgery with pre-op rehab! Getting back as much mobility (if it's not already back yet) helped me recover faster 100%! I'm not going to lie man, your comment made me feel better about my progress! It's so easy to get down on yourself when you hit a setback or plateau in progress... I appreciate your kind words! And, you're a trooper for going 2 years without treatment.. you'll get through this surgery no doubt and will have a stable knee before you know it! Please keep me updated on your journey if you'd like! Also, if you have any questions about my pre-op or post-op experiences, feel free to ask! Glad you've got things figured out, have an excellent day brotha! ✌️

Proud of you! You'll enjoy mixing up your routine. Here in the states we see our physio 2x a week for at least 9-24 weeks. This time around, I've been working on slight and small steps down a small step (we're talking 3 inches) - I don't think that muscle/coordination was redeveloped after my first ACL surgery and it's crazy hard to bend that knee to go down. But super cool to focus on such small movements that make a huge difference! I hope your physio evaluates your movements well and gives you good exercises. Keep it up!!

Hey PB, I appreciate that man! That's so much more than I do... I see my physiotherapist once every couple of weeks, she helps a lot more with swelling and massaging scar tissue from my surgery! And yeah man, step-downs are intense lol! I couldn't imagine your situation without reestablishing muscle/stability from last time. Does your physio give you new exercises every session and what exercises have been done over top step-downs?
I'm proud of you too brother, It's crazy to think how much better we are from not long ago! Keep staying consistent! Thanks for your comment, stay blessed!

Hi this is Joey, I had ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair 24 days ago. I watch all your videos. To see your progress. I got for through the first two weeks which you said would be the hardest. I’m making some progress, my question is is when will the discomfort and pain go away that I experienced mostly at night? I just can’t get comfortable when I sleep. Any suggestions? Thank you for sharing your experience and videos.

Hey Joey! Glad to hear from you again! Thank you so much for watching my videos It means the world! Congrats on getting through the first 3, almost 4 weeks now! Personally, I had my ACL and MCL repaired, I've heard that your injury, your ACL and Meniscus, is harder to rehab through! So it may explain the prolonged pain you've been experiencing at night! Again, everyone's rehab journeys are different, so don't feel discouraged if you aren't recovering as fast as you thought you would, or if the pain isn't fading as quickly as you thought! A question, when you sleep does the pain mostly come from your leg or are you more so uncomfortable from sleeping on your back? I know I had a hard time getting to sleep the first couple of weeks because my back was so sore... and in general, I prefer sleeping on my side! If you haven't already, try sleeping on your side with a pillow between your legs and some pillows on either side so you don't roll over! Put your operating leg on top of your normal leg. I know when I did this my sleep improved A LOT. If the pain is strictly the problem try icing your leg right before bed for 20 minutes or so. This will reduce swelling and pain to a degree! And take some Advil as your ice you're leg! Hope something I wrote helps! If not, keep your head up Joey! Stay consistent with rehab and this nightmare will be over before you know it AHA! Thank you again for your support, I apologize for taking a couple days to get back to you! Hope everything else in life is treating you well! Have a magnificent day brother!

Hey Harjas, hope everything's going great! Honestly I want to! I'm waiting to get a go ahead from my physio to start doing new exercises! I'm going this Friday and am gonna ask if I can start doing lunges and step ups and stuff... what I'm doing now is getting sooooo boring!😂
Have you changed your program up? If so, what exercises have you been doing?
