if you see this dont follow
DONT DO THIS. IT WILL DISABLE ALL JAILBREAK APPS.
It doesn't "disable" the tweaks, it removes them but keeps all the settings for the tweaks. All you would have to do is take screen shots of your installed tweak list then after you reboot and rejailbreak just go one by one and reinstall the tweaks, all settings will self apply once the tweak is installed. Pain to do but it will help if you're having issues with your phone.

Try force restarting your iPhone
It depends on the iPhone that you are using you can search for it
Try to put your iPhone into recovery mode, restore it with iTunes and finally use checkra1n to jailbreak it again. That happened me and I fixed it with those steps. Good luck bro
