She was in two movies made from Agatha Christie mysteries, "Evil Under the Sun" and "Death on the Nile." But, I do recall when I first saw her name listed amongst the credits, and all the other actors & actresses were well known, or well known to me, I said to myself, "Who in the hell is Jane Birkin."
JANE BIRKIN "the dream in the drawer" and in the THOUGHTS of all the boys of that time: her very sweet and sensual voice given to us when in 1969 she imprinted on vinyl the few phrases of the song JE T'AIME ... she made the world fall in love whole and not just the male one. She had CHARM and possessed a NIGHTMARE BEAUTY!!! She was also a successful woman in the arts for a good decade. I sincerely hope to be able to meet her BEAUTIFUL and HAPPY again in her new home and sing with JANE and endlessly a hymn that will vehemently make all the souls of heaven gasp: “JE T’AIME”…!!! 💔❤
sad news the passing of Tony Bennett. What a era he lived through... my parents loved him. I dont think I ever heard anyone say a bad thing about him.God needed some late night jazz... so he called him home.
Not only that, but the bag is made with cocodrile skin... I believe she did not want her name be associated with that atrocity... No Hermes bag can bit her basket-bag!...
